Stillway ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed with a strict Privacy-First, Offline-First design philosophy. We believe your daily habits, places of rest, and focus routines belong exclusively to you.

1. Summary: No Data Collected

Stillway does not collect, store, sell, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) to external servers. We do not have user accounts, analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, or telemetry databases.

2. On-Device Context Intelligence

Stillway requests the following iOS permissions strictly for local on-device functionality:

Location (CLVisit & Geofencing): Used exclusively on your device to recognize when you arrive at a frequent station or office so Stillway can smoothly select commute or focus soundscapes. Your coordinates are never transmitted off your device.
Motion & Fitness (CoreMotion): Used locally to detect walking cadence or flat-surface nightstand resting states for automatic sleep transitions.
Notifications: Used only to trigger local alerts (e.g. bedtime prompts or background timer conclusions).

3. Offline Audio Synthesis

All 24 master audio field recordings and the mathematical binaural frequency generators operate natively on your device hardware without requiring an internet connection.

4. Third-Party Services

Stillway does not integrate with any third-party analytics, marketing, or advertising platforms (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Meta SDKs). In-app purchases, if applicable, are handled directly through Apple's native StoreKit infrastructure.
